The Tampa Amateur Radio Club, Inc. is made up of two Councils, the HF Council and the VHF Council.  You will become a Full Member of the Council or Councils to which you direct your dues on this form.  Dues for each Council are $30 per year.  Save money as a Full Member of both Councils for $40 per year
