STANDING RULE 1 -- DIRECTORY AT LARGE
In addition to those members of the TARC Council Board of Directors required by
the By-Laws, there shall be included as Directors one Director-At-Large
to be elected by the membership of the Council together with the immediate past
president and the W4DUG trustee. A majority of the Board of Directors
shall constitute a quorum and no member of the Board shall have more than one
vote, regardless of the number of the positions held.
